Fundraising Activities

Each year PFI organizes a silent auction to raise monies for the “Educational Programs/Scholarship Fund”.  The auction is held in conjunction with the Association of Consulting Foresters of America, Inc. (ACF) National Conference.  Auction donations arrive from all over the country and many are handcrafted one of a kind items. This fundraiser helps PFI provide grant opportunities each year as the endowment fund grows.

2024 ACF National Conference

The live PFI Silent Auction will be held at the ACF National Conference at the Sawgrass Marriott Resort in Ponte Vedra Beach and will open Sunday, June 23rd at 2:30pm and will close during the Exhibitor Reception Monday, June 24th.

NEW THIS YEAR!
Wine and Spirits Pull! Bring a bottle to donate. For a monetary donation at the conference, participants will choose a mystery bottle to take home! 

To submit an item for the auction, please email Dennis McKenney at dennis_mckenney@comcast.net with the following:

Your name
Chapter affiliation
A brief description of the item
Estimated value and suggested starting bid

This will be extremely helpful as we prepare for a successful event. If you are bringing items directly to the meeting, we will have a designated space where they can be dropped off. Please notify ACF staff at the registration table.
